My complaint:
I designed small pouches bags using Vista print and paid over $700 and it has now been 2 1/2 months and we have not seen it and I have been calling every single day since I promised it would be delivered by 7 November are still to today. Every time I talk to them. They keep saying they haven’t heard anything from the production team. I’m scared they have stolen our design which is my design and they are just trying to use excuses. I really want someone to investigate this and get my pouch of sent to me so I can move my business elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
I want my pouch is printed and sent to me and my proof of the design so I can go somewhere else. They said they cannot send me the proof until after my product to spend dispatched so further delays to go somewhere else. I don’t feel that I will ever see my product which I designed.
