My complaint:
Vistaprint promised to deliver to my home address my business card order today, which is what they promised and what I paid for. They then informed me it would be delivered tomorrow… I am flying tomorrow morning to Zambia – so that has 1) messed up my plans leaving me without cards for important meetings on Monday, and 2) is irritating because I payed extra for this service and would not have ordered the cards if i had known! Completely mess.
Suggested solution:
Take your cards back and refund all my money.
