My complaint:
I spoke with rep several months ago about the migration of my online store website, she assured me that the correct website would be migrated over when the time come she also noted on my account to make sure that the original site is to be migrated. However whoever worked on my account did not read nor take heed to the notes on my account. Instead of migrating my website they shut down my store, they closed out the website and migrated the generic website. I have notified them over 15 times they found my original website that I have had since 2014. But they refuse to restore my online store and migrate it over to wix. They keep giving me the run around. This has caused GREAT financial harm I can’t open up or link other business accounts to continue growing my sales because it is required to have live website. My WHOLE online store of 10 years has been shut down because of vistaprint. I am currently seeking and legal advice with and attorney. Also the had the audacity to try and debt my account for payment for a website that not up and working. I had to also unpublish the generic webite that they connected to my domain name. My online business has been shut down 2 WEEKS!!!
