Vistaprint complaint: I can’t get anywhere at all with vistaprint – I’ve had no website for 3 weeks

My complaint:

I have spoken to every member of staff over the last 3 weeks and no one is helping me
They are just replying back to me with generated impersonal responses
2 people only in last 3 weeks have listened and actually understood the issue

I have had no website for 3 weeks due to migration has not gone right. I’ve had to ring hover and wix and they can’t help as it’s a vistaprint issue but all vistaprint want to do is send me to wix
No one is taking owner ship
My business has been closed down for the last 3 weeks and still no website
I’ve had emails saying it will be back on last week but it’s not!
Now I’m with deign team apparently
I don’t know if I should just count my losses and do a new website or if it’s going to come back on

Honestly I’ve been with vistaprint since my website was vpweb
I thought they were very good until this experience and now I’m shocked at the responses and no action being taken etc

I am beyond words anymore really
Absolutely no one will help me
I asked for a manger call back and no manager has even bothered to ring me
I feel that they have closed my business down and I really thought they would help and get me back up and running but they don’t care.

Suggested solution:

Get me someone who is going to mange this till my website is sorted
And I need a proper explaination on why I’ve not had a website for 3 weeks
I’ve got delivery staff laid off because we have no work who are asking me what’s happening

I pay for a website - I don’t have one
