My complaint:
I have been a customer of Vistaprint for 10 years for my website domain and builder. I was told that Vistaprint was integrating with Wix and that it would be an additional $10 a month to keep my website but that it would be a better platform. I reluctantly agreed. On March 13th they emailed me and told me that they were integrating my website to Wix – the next day my website was complete so I went to check it out and my website was gone and replaced with an old outdated website from 6 months ago and I had no editing capabilities in the Editor. I contacted Vistaprint who sent me to Wix who sent me to Vistaprint and back and forth and I was told by both companies that my website was being fixed – FOR 23 DAYS!!! I LOST OVER $6600 IN ONLINE SALES IN THAT TIME – I also had to refund $800 to a client for failing to promote their event on my website. When I finally got angry and asked that they stand behind their guarantee to make it right they admitted their fault and agreed to cover the $800 and offered to give me a free year of service. WHY WOULD I WANT TO RELY ON THEIR SERVICES AGAIN??? What about the $6600 dollars of lost revenue that I incurred because of their failure to integrate my website properly??? What about my business reputation – I was humiliated having to return $800 to a client for something so simple as promoting an event on my website!!! When I confronted them on this they blatantly ignored all my messages – I emailed the CEO and 3 other top level executives to no avail. NOT ONE RESPONSE! Vistaprint does not stand behind their guarantee to make it right – they treated me with disrespect and blew me off rather than having integrity and responding in a professional manner. I have countless emails and messages supporting this claim!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Reimburse me for the 23 days of lost revenue!!!
