My complaint:

I HAVE BEEN ON MESSENGER, CHAT,AND FACEBOOK WITH VISIBLE SINCE 2:30AM, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2,2023. VISIBLE TOLD ME TO REMOVE MY E SIM CARD AND THEY WOULD RE-DOWNLOAD IT SO I WOULD HAVE A STRONGER SIGNAL. I REMOVED THE SIM CARD AND VISIBILE WILL NOT RETURN MY SIM CARD. I HAVE TO WAIT 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, 1 HOUR OR 4 HOURS, ACCORDING TO WHICH AGENT IS SPEAKING. I AM A DISABLED, SENIOR CITIZEN WHO LIVES ALONE AND I NEED A WORKING PHONE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND WAS IGNORED SEVERAL TIMES. NO INFORMATION FORTHCOMING FROM VISIBLE. I AM RECEIVING PROCRASTINATION FROM THEM.

Suggested solution:

RE-DOWNLOAD MY E SIM CARD AND GIVE ME THE INFORMATION I NEED TO PORT MY PHONE NUMBER.
