My complaint:

First that the policy states 60 days it “automatically” unlocks

Then on February 202023 they tell me I have to wait until March 4th, almost 2 weeks! I bought the phone On Mid December of 2022, I believe it was the 12th

Then since onñy the Visible plan affects the unlock and now it takes longer which is just ridiculous since that was never informed to me or the public in their website!

The worst part is that now they extended the unlock date by anothet date, so really now I’m left without a service since I am ready and even paid to use eSIM for Mint Mobile but I can’t because Visible still has my iPhone 14 Pro locked!!

I only get 0.5GB for Puerto Rico daily! The 3G is not good at all!

I’ve told them countless times and they won’t help at all and I don’t want to keep paying for service until they’re unlock date of my phone because the monthly cycle is the 25th of ever month!!

Come on Visible!! You can do better!! What are you doing? This isn’t a charity service, I’m paying for this!

Suggested solution:

By unlocking my device as soon as possible even before the initial date!
