My complaint:
I was notified of mandatory need to upgrade service. I chose plan, was sent a new SIM card. I installed SIM card, was unable to connect to network and could not make or receive calls or text or use hotspot on phone. Before upgrade, all was working, Since then, I have spent hours lost in Chats with an open case 04992989.
But I am now stuck in an endless loop. In order to continue chat, I need to sign into existing account on Visibile, for which they send an SMS code to you guessed it, the existing phone number from which I cannot access it. Visible has no voice support at all, just Chat. All I want to do now is end my service with them and cancel autopay for service. But I cannot get into my account anymore because I cannot get the RMS code to verify my identity.
Suggested solution:
I want to cancel my account with proof that autopay is terminated. I would like to keep the phone I purchased from them and use for another cell phone provider - if possible.
