My complaint:
i purchased a phone (Motorola one 5G UW ace) in april 2022. visible advertised a rebate of $200 for a $240.00 phone purchase. Redeeming would be via email after 3 months of payments. I chatted (only way to communicate) 3 different times after the 3 months. the first and second chat said i would be getting an email and to keep looking. the third chat said i did not qualify for the rebate. I was told during first chat to refer to chat 03414841 when contacting them further.
Suggested solution:
honor their rebate of $200.00
