My complaint:
Switch to visible wireless 12:00pm 112622. Realized I couldn’t submit my promo code to get 15.00 off my bill first 3 months. Tried contacting their chat service 8 times over several hours. Never ever got a chat. I decided to cancel my service because my sister called and the call quality was horrible. Went back to Verizon to try and have my service restored. 2 hours later and that wasn’t done. They closed. I want my 30.00 first month bill back. Got horrible customer service and horrible service
