Vinted complaint: Vinted customer service refusing to escalate a complaint about a seller who scammed me

My complaint:

I purchased an item on vinted and the seller lied about sending it on 2nd December. Tracking was updated on 6th to say it was sent but then didn’t move on inpost tracking. I contacted seller I numerous occasions, eventually calling inpost to be told that they did go to collect the item and the locker was empty. I told seller and they have started to ignore me.

I contacted vinted customer service team and they have refused to accept that this item.will never arrive, they will.not call inpost and advise me to waitn15 days as they are certain my parcel.will arrive. I have repeatedly requested this be raised as.a formal complaint and they are not doing this. I’m annoyed. I paid 17 pounds for an item that will never arrive and I have waited over 3 weeks now.

Suggested solution:

The seller barred and my refund processed after they make.a call to inpost.
