My complaint:
I have been actively buying and selling on vinted since 2021, with 300 feedback 4.9 stars.
I would handle 20 transactions in one week per average. No complains, no issues.
Then they just permanently blocked me over a listing that was deemed unsafe by them, which was guaranteed picked up by a bot, all their service is automated, not a chance of getting a capable human to chat to. I have asked to show me what I have violated, but nothing, just a ling to their tc’’s and a generic, robotic copy paste nonsense.
Please, if you value your health, your wellbeing, time and effort – stay away. They don’t deserve honest people using their platform.
Suggested solution:
To actually have a competent person to look at the case and see that I haven’t violated any rules.
