My complaint:
I sold a Jimmy Choo handbag for £22. I had a very bad rheumatoid arthritis flare which left me bed ridden. As soon as I was able I posted the item, notified the seller. Uploaded the receipt.
Vinted cancelled the order saying it had not been posted. Telling me I had to relist the item and rely on the seller re purchasing the item and paying me.
The buyer still has not paid for this item and I have lost £22 as vinted although previously advised they would refund me, are now refusing.
I am utterly disgusted with there service, appalled they are still aloud to trade like this. They are basically approving fraud.
I can’t seem to add my photos as proof?

They have not come anywhere close to resolving my complaint. My complaint is still open.
