My complaint:
I was away for 2 nights.i got a request to a delivery. Contacted vinted to say I hadn’t received it.i was concerned parcel may have been left at front door and stolen. They sent a pic of parcel at front door and they advised they wouldn’t refund as yodel had delivered it. I advised that I never claimed it wasn’t delivered but that it may have been stolen.vomi Ted advised there was nothing they could do. I contacted yodel who advised they parcel had never been delivered and was being returned to sender after 3 failed delivery attempts.they recommended I contact vinted. I contacted vinted who said I had past their deadline and there was nothing they could do .
