My complaint:
Hi I sold a gorgeous dress on Vinted over a month ago when the buyer received it she didn’t like it and wanted refund me being nice obliged she returned the item which has now disappeared into the delivery system
Vinted have refunded her and I get nothing not my dress or compensation just told too take it up with the delivery firm which I didn’t use or send the buyer did
How is this right
Suggested solution:
I want compensation for my losses surely that’s why buyers pay extra
