My complaint:
A buyer never collected a parcel so it was collected by an InPost courier on 8th October to return to me. I waited 15 working days as instructed by Vinted, however, still no parcel. I contacted them again and they have refused to help me and shut down my support ticket.
Suggested solution:
Vinted should be providing me with a lost parcel form which they then take up with InPost, so that I can then claim for the items which are missing and obviously not being returned to me.
