My complaint:
For the past 5 days I have been emailing Vinted using their “contact us” means online. My problem appears relatively simple, however, it can only be dealt with by their customer support and over 60 ignored emails later, I am still no closer to resolve. I am losing sales as I am unable to access anything on my account, potentially gaining unfair poor feedback as a result of failure to send the goods ordered and I can not withdraw my earnings so far or close my account.
Suggested solution:
If I lose any money due to their inability to respond to my contact, I feel they should reimburse me of my losses. Any poor feedback resulting because of this problem should be removed from my ratings and access to my account should be resolved.
