My complaint:
I received my parcel made of four bundles however some of the items had been advertised in more than one bundle. I ended up with four items less than I paid for. Also there were stains and damage on the items that were received. The seller is making me pay for return postage even though I have done nothing wrong.
I Have informed vinted she is a scammer as some of the items that she still has advertised are sat in my living room! They are not taking this seriously at all. How are vinted protecting buyers from scammers – easy answer ; they are not!
Suggested solution:
Either the seller pays my return postage and I’ll return everything I have received or a refund.
