My complaint:
I bought a Mint velvet black jumpsuit and I received a navy dress and jacket , obviously there was a mixed up from the courier when leaving the parcel at the locker .
I provided all the information Vinted required but they closed my case without issuing me with a refund . ( £18.74 ) I feel this is completely unfair as I was out of pocket .
