My complaint:
I purchased a bracelet from a seller on Vinted, it was described as New and perfect condition. It arrived used as a lot of the silver had worn off exposing the metal below. Certainly not perfect condition. (See attached photos of proof) I have returned it today but you have the audacity to charge me return postage for something that is not as described. This is totally unacceptable and I wish to take this higher than customer service. You then sent me a return label and put that this bracelet was a large package. This would never happen on eBay and you certainly have a lot to learn to match upto their customer service. I again say I will be sending a copy to your CEO also. If I could as that has not been possible either.
Suggested solution:
By not charging buyer return postage and buyer to get a full refund on damaged items
