My complaint:

I sold a doll for £30 which was as described. On receiving the doll the buyer says the nose is damaged although it was not when I sent it. It has either been damaged by the delivery company or the buyer has swapped it with a doll they already have as it was not damaged. Vinted are saying that my pictures are different to the buyers so it does not match the description and are completing ignoring the issue.

Suggested solution:

By giving me my money for the doll as the buyer will send it back damaged and I will lose out on money as even if I sell it now it will be a lot lower in price.
