My complaint:
Worst company in the whole world you gave me warnings for uploading items that you claim breaking rules. Yet I see that thousands of those items are being listed on your platform. That’s one second you banned me for uploading your face stream and you claim I uploaded a prohibited item to which after I showed you proof that the item is not prohibited and nowhere in your catalogue rules or anywhere on vintage terms. Condition rules. It says that my item is not allowed and I showed you the proof and you still not accepted it and you still banned me and you refuse to even check it properly. Your whole system is out of date and I am on educated people work on your platform that don’t know the difference between item not allowed and a general item. There is plenty of face creams that are being put on the platform, and yet you banned me for no reason And I’ve asked you for proof to show me that I broke your rules and you refuse you completely ignore me and I showed you proof from your own platform that I didn’t break any rules and you still won’t accept that. It’s your fault and you banned me for no reason you banning general people who just sell this household stuff and just give them rubbish warnings that they break some rules without telling them or showing them. They actually have broken it and even giving you proof is not enough , I hope this platform gets banned throughout the whole UK because in that way, you will soon banned the whole world and you have no people buying off of you because your system is very faulty. I want my account to be unblocked because getting blocked for a face cream is

I want you to unlock my account because I haven’t done anything wrong. I’ve been first you block my wife for uploading headphones and you ask for proof of purchase we gave it to you. You was not happy now you blocked me for face cream I showed you proof that I didn’t break any of your rules from your own rules on your app and you still won’t accept it I’ve been a genuine seller and a buyer and I had all good reviews so you only make profit off of me and you banning me for a face which is a joke. I just want my account so I can buy stuff from my grandson and sell my household stuff like clothes that’s all I want
Did the same thing to me! I uploaded a top they done all the processing checks they do and uploaded it. Then when a reduced the price a few weeks later they be locked my account and said it’s counterfit LOL tried to talk to them but got a better chance of talking to a brick wall!
