My complaint:
I have been using Vinted to clear out my junk, I have so much junk!!
They have been repeatedly deleting listings for various ridiculous reasons which baffle me.
Items which fit the categories they provide, but an automated robot comes along and says it’s not allowed, violating Vinted rules (which are clear as mud) or the pictures are violating copyright and I should use my own photos…..I USE THEIR CAMERA! Every time!!!
I’ve lost count of how much money I’ve lost out on BUMPED listings that have been deleted at £1- £1.55 a time. It’s frustrating every time but there’s no way ever to challenge the situation…..

Now my account has been BLOCKED FOR 7days!!
…. and in the message it tagged x9 listings of random used CDs…saying I’m selling commercially??
I’m having a clear out!!
My robe currently has a Wardrobe Spotlight on it for 7 days costing £6.95
And x10 items with a bump on at £1.55 each !! That is £22.45 I’m losing here on this one action, never mind all the previous bumps. And it’s wrong!! What their automated computer decides is final and their responses are final.
When my account gets reactivated in 7 days I then have 5 days to remove any ‘commercial’ items!!!
I’ve over 400 Books, CDs DVDs I’ve spent time listing…they are not giving any direction as to which ones they see I should remove. It’s a joke!!!!
Books are all verified with ibsn number, CDs and DVDs ARE allowed

I am not a commercial seller, I still have plenty more books, CDs and DVDs I wish to upload as I’ve accumulated 100s over the years….THAT DOES NOT MAKE ME A COMMERCIAL SELLER..I’ve simply moved with the times and now use online…so these are gathering dust. I’m wary of continuing to upload anything further.

UNBLOCK IMMEDIATELY!
EXPLAIN WHY THE SELLING OF MY OLD CDS HAS BEEN TARGETED!
RESTART OR REFUND LOST WARDROBE SPOTLIGHT AND ALL BUMPS!
GET A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM SET UP-
