My complaint:
I bought tickets for an event but unfortunately because the singer got COVID, they made an announcement that people with tickets can either get a refund or choose a new date for the concert. I asked Viagogo to help contact the seller MULTIPLE times but they ghosted me, gave no reply for over 3 months and are rejected to give me a refund. The seller may have gotten a refund and now my money will be sitting in Viagogo’s account forever because “they didn’t receive news from the organizer”
Suggested solution:
Refund my money due to no seller response and no update
