My complaint:
I sold tickets to Kings of Leon at the o2 for Friday 1st July. I attached proof of the sell and also sent them an email of the proof which they have stated they received. I received an email on the 0207 notifying me that the sale is now fully complete, and I will receive my payment within 8 days. A month later and still nothing.
I have also sold tickets for another event in September. They want me to send the tickets by 28 August. Based on the current situation, i’m also apprehensive that i will not receive my funds for the next one either, so not too sure I even want to attach my tickets.
Suggested solution:
Pay me my funds thats owed
