My complaint:
I sold 2 tickets on Viagogo for the capital radio Summertime Ball. After the tickets were sold for the event which took place on the 12th June I have still not been paid the money they owe for the ticket sales less their commission. They clearly state that all ticket sales made by sellers will be paid no more than 8 days after the sale is made and they clearly have not done this. The total cost of the sale of the 2 tickets was £430 less their commissions and charges they owe me £378.40 which should have been paid to my paypal account no later than the 22nd June 2022. The Order No is 500912622
Suggested solution:
They should be making the payment to the paypal account held on filw with the payment owed for order Number 500912622 to the value of £378.40
