My complaint:
Bought tickets to Alanis Morrissette, was told the tickets would be issued prior to the event however 72 hours before event they were still not issued. This only got worse of days of phone call conversations and promises that the tickets would be issued, we were told a few hours prior to the event they would not. Now we are having to try fight for a refund for tickets that we should have had. Will never use this company again, had we known we could have gotten tickets elsewhere. Two years waiting for this event, only to have this happen.
