Viagogo complaint: Non Payment

My complaint:

I sold 2 tickets for a Concert. I had to upload the tickets. I did this. I received and email stating the buyer has accepted the tickets, this was on the 3rd June.

I never received payment. I contacted Viagogo. They stated i didn’t upload the tickets in time so won’t be paid. I told them I had uploaded and transferred the tickets in time and had proof. They asked for the proof. I sent them the proof. They apologised and stated i will be paid.

I wasn’t paid. I have contacted them numerous times. I ahve had phone calls from them stating i will be paid. But as every payment date passes they come up with a different excuse and apologise for the delay. They have now gone back to the start of their excuses and have stated i didn’t transfer the tickets in time. Even though i have already proved i did and they have already apologised and promised payment.

Suggested solution:

Pay me the money they owe me.
