My complaint:
I bought 3 tickets for world cup match and it’s been three weeks of me chasing but the seller never transferred the tickets and customer services keep saying they will contact the seller. Clearly it’s a scam so I have been asking for replacement tickets or a refund and the rep keeps telling me you will receive tickets before 20th nov. The match is on 24th nov , I have my airline tickets booked but no match tickets or hayya application ed all because of them. It’s like talking to the wall where every rep is untrained has language issues and gives me standard responses.
Suggested solution:
Give replacement tickets before 30th of October since hayya application closes on 1st November. There are delays with hayya application as it is.
