My complaint:
I bought 2 tickets to Nitro Circus Saturday 221022
While waiting in line I was told the event was cancelled due to weather and had to turn around and drive an hour back home.
Viagogo refuses to refund me.
Instead changed the date to tomorrow 241022 a Monday. I specifically chose a Saturday as our child was being babysat and it was a weekend so I diddnt have to work. I want a refund.
I cannot believe how greedy and how much of a rip off this company is.
