My complaint:
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that three transactions was done through my credit card on 14.10.22 in Viagogo without my knowledge. After getting SMS from Standard Chartered Bank I block my card and lodge a complanate against three fraud transactions. I also send mail to automated@orders.viagogo.com after getting Ticket Application Number: 3017313.
My earnest request to cancel the transaction reverse the amount in my cardaccount.
Suggested solution:
cancel all transactions and reverse the amount
