My complaint:
I have purchased 3 tickets for the 6 nations rugby and am trying to re-sell one of them. I have been going around in circles – having uploaded proof of purchase (in PDF) format of the receipt from Viagoo.
I have spoken to 2 different advisor both who told me they would resolve the situation – they haven’t.
i have been trying all day to resolve this and I am frustrated at the lack of ownership and accountability – I just keep getting sent emails with links in that take me back to my listing as pending – and telling me to upload proof of purchase.
i bought the tickets from Viagoo – why is it not straight foward to sell one of them through the same platform
I also cannot find a means to complain about this service on their ridiculous website
