My complaint:
Justin Bieber cancelled his concert and I cannot get a refund for the tickets I purchased. Viagogo is saying that the concert is postponed and after multiple attempts, nobody is getting back to me.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money
In Bangkok Thailand Justin Bieber concert just cancel. I don’t think I will get refund from Viagogo. Viagogo does not do their own regulations that will refund the money if the concert is cancelled.
