My complaint:
I purchased tickets in December 2021 for the Justin Bieber Concert in Johannesburg, and it was cancelled. I need my refund, viagogo wants some access code which does not exist. I just want my money. I have been sending them email without success

By refunding me the full R4502 that was paid on the 4th December 2021
