My complaint:
Justin Bieber concert was cancelled in Thailand.I don’t think I will get refund from viagogo. But people that bought the tickets form ticket master they could get refund.
Suggested solution:
Maybe Viagogo can give me the option. That I could keep the tickets or gave me the refund.
