My complaint:
I sold tickets via your site for the Tyson fury fight which was back in April and I still haven’t been paid ( Order number 500363400 ). I sent the tickets to the buyer, spoke with them via phone to that they received the tickets and also spoke with them after the event to that they attended the event and they were 100% happy with there seats, yet I still haven’t been paid by you for an event that was more than 6 weeks ago.
I have sent so many emails now have made so many phone calls and each time I just get told that its been looked into and that I should be getting my money. I can that despite this no money has been received and so this is basically theft as the money is rightfully mine.
I am now seriously thinking about going to a online money claim to get my money as this is beyond a joke now. I really want to understand why you are not paying me my money when I have done everything required when selling the tickets via your site.
Please can someone come back to me urgently as its really not acceptable behaviour from such a large company like yourself.
