My complaint:
I bought 2 tickets via Stubhub to a concert in Manchester in 2019. It was postponed to 2022 and it is tonight – 20th May in Manchester. I have been chasing stubhub for over a week for the tickets who now told me the UK part of stubhub was sold to Viagogo.
I have tried to call and email via gog and just going round in circles and still no tickets so it looks like I cant go and Ive paid over £200 for these tickets.
Everything I try gets knocked back and they cant help – the phone line said the concert is more than 72 hours off and it isnt – its tonight.
