My complaint:
Such a big shame!
Tickets for final four basket tournament, in Kaunas – were listed and not sold.
At our knwledge, when tickets suffer a price raise up to €17.000, per ticket, or more, there is no way for not being able to re-selling it
Viagogo should have said from the beggining that it was not refundable, instead of letting you list you if you cannot attend and not give you the money back.
How can we trust Viagogo again?
Obvioulsy, NEVER AGAIN.
Suggested solution:
By giving the money back. This is a busy event and no excuse to not give when your are able to list your tickets and the price suffers a huge raise up to the event
