My complaint:
Purchased two tickets July, 2022 costing £477.95 from Viagogo for Bruce Springsteen concert in Edinburgh , May, 30th, 2023.Allocated Row R. Seats 19 20.
Two weeks ago 27th , Viagogo sent me an E mail upgraded to Row Q.. seats 19 20..
Ticketmaster sent through tickets Row QQ.. 19 20..
On attending we were up in the gods 27 Rows past where we should have been seated.. totally ruined the concert..
Contacted Viagogo on 31st via on line portal, and at first great telling me to send copies of all relevant documents re tickets, which I did, since then I have had nothing but hassle with the seller saying the stadium had arranged all Rows as Double alphabets .. which is absolute rubbish .. I have been in the stadium numerous times and seating is single alphabet then higher up double alphabet .. I spoke per phone today to Neesha at Viagogo in London who was very sympathetic , said they had asked seller for proof of this tale he had told them re changing seating rows to double alphabet, and he was unable to do so .. no wonder that is a pack of lies.. I asked for a dispute claim form, and unsure whether I got cut off or she terminated the call , but I am very very angry, my friend and I are both in our 70’s, Retired Nurses and this was a lot of money to put out for a show we could hardly see in the distance ..
Suggested solution:
I want them to refund either all of our money or at least 50%..
