My complaint:
l got two tickets for a match to be held in Istanbul on May 20th,2023. After too many correspondences, they transferred only one of my tickets to my Passolig Card( which is a card to ve able to enter the match area in Turkey) ON the event day. They dıd not send my.other ticket, which meant l missed the match, my dad went to the match all alone and l pasif them for nothing. Since the event day, l keep writing them requesting for refund, but they do not respond at all!
Suggested solution:
They should make refund for the ticket that they dıd not send.
