My complaint:
I purchased two tickets via Viagogo, on upcharged price a week before the event because the ticket is sold out. Ticket supposed to be released 429 for 51, and never received ticket. I called customer service Kate who said it will be released soon on 429. On 430 still no ticket, and i called Jeriko, Marie, Hana who all try to hide under the system which falsely said that the event is cancelled. In fact I reached out to the performer through social media DM and the performers responded that the event still ongoing. Viagogo is a scam!!!! Upcharge is understandable, but lying and insisting that event is cancelled when in fact it is not is a penalty under perjury. Supervisor of customer service, escalation department is not available. Do not use Viagogo ever!!!
Suggested solution:
Refund and plus compensation of dealing with customer service.
