My complaint:
tried buying tickets for war of the worlds, account details never worker, created a new account.
when logging in to the new account, it said, my account was locked.
i called the call centre.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
1st attempt, made my blood boil.
person had useless level of English language skills, not qualified to answer phone calls. I had to hand up.
2nd person refused to escalate my complaint to her line manager. saying it was impossible,
as a former Call Centre manager, I know it is NOT impossible.
she would NOT answer a direct question, simply repeating a script.
I wanted a DIRECT REPLY. no such luck.
GO BACK TO TRAINING YOUR STAFF.
they cannot do their job correctly, they cannot commit to answering a basic question, they have no way of dealing with a simple problem.
Suggested solution:
1) escalate to a line manager
2) be able to speak fluent english
3) be able to answer a direct question
