My complaint:
I purchased 2 tickets to see Les Miserables in Salford Quays in May 2020.
The performance was cancelled due to Covid 19. I have been offered a voucher in lieu but this is no good as I am classed as medically vulnerable and my doctor has advised me not to attend the theatre, concerts or busy shopping centres. I have epilepsy, diabetes, high blood pressure and high statins.
Suggested solution:
I would like the overall charge of £164.72 for the 2 tickets refunded to my bank account. Interestingly, the tickets were issued for the wrong name (Fletcher) although the seat numbers on the tickets corresponded to the ones that I booked.
