My complaint:
I booked physical tickets to go and see Alphaville in concert in Bucharest with Viagogo.
The agent said he was unable to deliver the tickets due to Chinese New Year and would offer a refund.
I booked other tickets the same day.
Next day I received electronic tickets from Viagogo. I was told if I wanted a refund this would not be possible as the Agenr is not affiliated with Viagogo and it was a misunderstanding.
Suggested solution:
by giving me the refund the agent promised.
