My complaint:
I purchased a ticket on October 12, 2023 for Greta Van Fleet in Glasgow. And never received the ticket. I was turned away with the Viagogo receipt of payment as I never go the actual ticket to show to the vender
Suggested solution:
When I am refunded 100%.
