My complaint:
Rang Viagogo customer services as ticket’s not received and their email instructed me to contact them. Waiting time was 68minutes and I was number 12 in the queue. When I got to number 5 in queue I was cut off. The length of the call was 1 hour 9 minutes. Rang again and got to number 2 in the queue before getting cut off again, length of call 1 hour 28 minutes. No help and no tickets which I paid £280 for. Not happy.
Suggested solution:
Send me my tickets and sort out their customer services helpline.
