My complaint:

I booked the ticket to see ABBA £107 cinema experience
Timing was wrong it was 13.00 but it was meant to be 15.00
Important to know as I am a busy keyworker on limited time off.
Then when I got to the venue at ABBA arena although I had a receipt and Enjoy your experience email no ticket with barcode was found. I was at the venue for 4 hours almost until end of the performance trying to solve the issue. I called viagogo and ticketmaster. No one was helpful and sounded like they were abroad. When I left home 5 hours prior they could not even tell me where ABBA arena is. Panic and disappointment ! Now it is all booked up and I have no time off and working away from London. I am devastated

Suggested solution:

I would like to have my money back obviously. I do want to see ABBA Voyage but it is all fully booked and even more expensive. I have been warned about Viagogo but have booked through them as I had been to events through them before and with good outcome.
