My complaint:
I bought 2 tickets to see Alan Partridge at ths Bournemouth International centre in May 22nd. Unfortunately the event got postponed due to illness of the actor and it was due to be rescheduled. A few days later the venue reported that the event had now been cancelled. It states on the venues facebook page thst it has been cancellee. Also on ticketmaster they have relisted the postponed Cardiff date but not thr Bournemouth one.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund me my money.
