My complaint:
I bought tickets from their site and with less than a week to go- I have not received my tickets nor are they willing to offer a refund. The customer service is unsympathetic and completely refusing to help other than giving me automated responses. They refuse to the tickets are authentic. And they keep saying I will receive my tickets today but I have to wait. I have waited. I still haven’t gotten my ticket
Suggested solution:
Give me a complete refund.
