My complaint:
I had purchased 4 standing tickets for Cold Play at Wembley on 13th August 2022 for £886.64. We flew from Jersey CI to London on 12th August and despite being told that our tickets were ready I never received them. Having paid for return flights and hotel this was very disappointing. I then tried to phone Viagogo . When I eventually got through I was told that my tickets were no longer available. I was extremely upset and unhappy. I was also told that I could not get a refund until the concert was finished.
I did manage to find tickets with another company at the last minute but they were not standing next to the stage where I had originally booked, they were inferior tickets at the back at tier 2 level and more expensive at £917.75. I did get a full refund on 13th August but this was not the experience that I would have wished for.

I would like compensation and an apology for the extra hassle and inferior experience that we had.
